Welcome to SimpleShorts ("we", "us", or "our"). SimpleShorts is a product owned and operated by Whinst, a registered business entity. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SimpleShorts web app and its services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

SimpleShorts is an AI-powered web app developed and managed by Whinst. It helps users generate YouTube Shorts titles, descriptions, scripts, and visuals. The App uses artificial intelligence models to generate text and media based on your input.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SimpleShorts for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes, or to generate content that infringes on the rights of others.

5. AI-Generated Content

All content generated by the App is produced by AI models. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using the generated materials appropriately.

6. Token Usage & Estimates

SimpleShorts uses a token-based system to measure API usage and process payments. Each feature (e.g., generating scripts, descriptions, etc.) consumes a specific number of tokens.

The estimated number of video assets per token plan is based on a 30-second video and serves only as an approximation. Actual usage may differ depending on script length, complexity, or number of API calls.

7. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. Payments are final and non-refundable except when the purchased tokens have not been used and a refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide. Whinst retains all rights to the SimpleShorts platform, including its design, functionality, and software. By using the App, you grant us permission to process your input for providing and improving the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Neither Whinst nor SimpleShorts shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or its AI-generated outputs.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
